Worldreader 2013 Annual Report Now Live!

June 19, 2014 By

A lot happened at Worldreader in 2013 so we put some extra effort and time in preparing our Annual Report. It’s a bit late, we know, but we’ve been holding it for the completion of our first-ever financial audit, which we’ve passed with flying colors.

2013 was full of milestones, lessons and achievements as we empowered children and families all over the world with the books they need to improve their lives– and our 2013 annual report dives deep into exactly that and our monumental growth and impact.

In the three years since Worldreader began, 200,000 people each month in 27 countries have read over 1.7 million e-books. We think this is the start of a reading revolution and you’re enabling it with us! We continue to work towards a world in which every child and her family have the books they need to improve their lives and where illiteracy is a thing of the past. But we know that we’ve got a long way to go and we can only achieve our goal with the help of people like you! We hope when you read about our progress in 2013, it inspires you to renew your support during 2014. Thanks for helping us make books for all a reality.
